Refund & Exchange Policy – Bunat Fabrics

At Bunat, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Customers are responsible for sending the merchandise back to our address via a traceable delivery method (courier or registered mail).
Please note: Delivery costs are non-refundable. Customers bear the shipping charges for returns.

Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 3 business days.
The amount will be transferred to your account through EasyPaisa, JazzCash or online banking.

To make your return process simple, please follow these two quick steps:

Step 1: Repackage the Items

Place the merchandise in secure packaging.
Ensure the return form is included inside the package along with the items you wish to return.

Step 2: Send to Our Address
Ship the package to the following address via a traceable courier service:
